What We Do
Tax Preparation
We prepare and e-file a wide variety of federal and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and individuals, including Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 1040 Schedule C, and Schedule F. We are also familiar with Navajo Nation tax reporting requirements.
Payroll
$22 per pay period plus $2.10 per paycheck.
You can rely on us to take care of paychecks and direct deposits; and to electronically file information returns, such as Forms 940, 941, W-2, etc.
Accounting
Let our experts do your bookkeeping and free you up to concentrate on what you do best. We can record transactions, pay bills, invoice customers, etc.

About Steven C. Black
Experience You Can Trust
Steve has worked for over twenty years in the accounting business. He has extensive experience in numerous varieties of personal and business tax returns; payroll and daily accounting; and information systems. He taught Quickbooks and Excel classes for fifteen years at the College of Eastern Utah. With a Ph.D. in Information Systems, Steve enjoys programming customized Web applications that help small businesses run more efficiently. His greatest strength is in the personal attention he gives to each client.
